There are two extending dining tables in the open plan kitchen/living area to seat 20 plus additional seating at the breakfast bar for 8 people

The kitchen has 4 electric ovens, 6 burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer and an integrated fridge. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs WC.

Living room has 3 three seater leather sofas, wood burning stove.

The secure Courtyard is south facing and has plenty of seating.

Our Location

No.30 Whitby is located in the conservation area of West Cliff, only minutes from all the local amenities, the beach and the Pavilion.

When driving into Whitby follow signs for ‘West Cliff’.

Parking

The on-street parking is for permit holders and is signed ‘Disc Zone W’, permits can be obtained from Hudson’s for a small charge. Alternatively you can ‘pay and display’ which is currently £9 for 24hrs.

There are 2 nearby car parks and the sea-front.
